REHEARSAL DINNERS

The rehearsal dinner is a great opportunity to relax and unwind with your family and friends before the wedding day. A Western Bar-B-Que at the Equestrian Center can begin with cocktails and lively entertainment at the Blacksmith Bar, followed by dinner created just for you and your guests at the Carriage House. The night can conclude with a trip to “the Loft,” where your guests can enjoy more live music, desserts and after dinner drinks while playing parlor games. The Blacksmith Bar, circa 1928, features Coors and Budweiser long necks, shots of your favorite spirit or a glass of local wine. Cowboy guitar and Fiddler entertain while guests explore the Equestrian Barns, throw horseshoes, practice archery, and toss darts. Dinner is served at the Carriage House. Enjoy an after dinner party with line dancing, pool shooting, black jack and poker and general revelry in the Equestrian Loft.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Stonepine Estate is experienced in operating programs for corporate meetings, incentives including team building, think tanks, global forums with international political dialogue, and charitable fundraising events.

Stonepine Estate has been the venue for international classic and exotic car owners attending the annual Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach including Rolls Royce, Bugatti, Lamborghini and Aston Martin. The Monterey Institute of International Studies, the Naval Postgraduate School and the Defense Language Institute regularly conduct programs at Stonepine.

Designing custom events for up to 250 people to cater to the specific needs of our corporate event planners has been our specialty. They have included such creative themes as “The Gunfight at OK Corral,” “Gone With the Wind,” and “The Great Gatsby” lawn party. Charitable fundraisers within the local community have included the SPCA “Owl Release Celebration” and the Kentucky Derby benefit for the Monterey Symphony.

For those gatherings that require more privacy, Stonepine’s exclusive estate dining is the ideal situation for both large and small business occasions. Private estate rooms can be booked for dinner parties as small as four to as large as twenty people per room.

Crowned with enchanting chandeliers or dotted by silver candelabra, let the Chateau’s Main Dining Room light the evening on a more clandestine note. The grand oak tables are the perfect size to accommodate a large group but with intimate spacing for the conversationalist in everyone. An exclusive champagne reception can be held in the adjacent Living Room while either a five course meal is prepared or a private buffet is served in the adjoining Breakfast Room.

If you are looking for a more unique dining experience, host confidential affairs on the Lanai with a large outdoor fireplace and an unspoiled view of the lake and golfing greens. Or if you prefer a more rustic setting, the Carriage House provides the perfect place for a hush-hush retreat with business partners and/or associates. Whatever your inclination, let Stonepine’s exclusive dining rooms serve as your gateway to those important matters behind closed doors.
