Price: $195 per person
Arrival: Stroll through Stonepine’s picturesque grounds starting at 4:30 pm.
Cocktail Hour: Enjoy handcrafted cocktails from Honey and Rose and mingle with other guests from 5 pm to 6 pm.
Dinner: Served at 6:15 pm, featuring an exquisite menu curated by Chef Hollie Jackson, known for her artful and seasonal cuisine.
The evening will include live music, adding to the magical ambiance of Chateau Noel, which will be fully adorned in holiday splendor. Whether it’s the sparkle of string lights or the inviting aromas of the season, this dinner promises to be an unforgettable celebration.

Chef Hollie Jackson
Chef Hollie Jackson is the Chef and Owner of H Jackson Events, a boutique catering firm based in Monterey, California. With over 15 years of culinary experience along the West Coast, she has worked in large hotels, fine dining establishments, and has a true passion for catering. Chef Hollie is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon, and has trained at a luxury hotel near San Diego and a fine dining restaurant in Seattle. She was part of the opening team at 1833 Restaurant (now called Stokes Adobe) and has been involved in planning and organizing events like the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival and Los Angeles Food & Wine. In 2021, she launched her own catering company, H Jackson Events, specializing in customizable menus and services for private dinners and events.
